Ethical Homecare is committed to providing the very best standards. We believe in the process of development and always encourage our staff members to be the best they can be in everything they do. That is why all our staff members receive an intensive in house induction to understand and take on our work ethics and holistic way of working with clients.
Our preferred training partner is Y.S.T Limited as they have a proven track record delivering the type of service that we at Ethical Homecare demand. All carers are professionally trained to Level 3 in Health and Social Care and our management team are trained to Level 5 in Business Management.
All Y.S.T. courses are developed with the Social Care Frameworks in mind and all of their staff have PTLLS, PCGE, City & Guild 7306/7307 and Cert Ed teaching qualifications. They have experience in Assessing NVQ 2/3 and experience in working with adults and children with learning disabilities, victims of domestic violence, and young people in residential homes, working with the elderly and foster carers, detoxification units and delivering courses within the penal system.
